Job Details:
Providing cleaning services to real estate agents, property managers and others in all areas of Adelaide. Services include oven cleaning, window cleaning, rubbish removal, grease removal etc. The cleaning is generally to be completed in empty properties between tenants or occasionally as a spring clean in a furnished property.
This role may be required to complete transactions with customers such as accepting payment for a job and issuing a receipt. A condition report for each job will also be completed.
The services to be provided will vary from job to job, and it is expected that you will clean to specifications issued. This role will be required to liaise with clients from time to time with regard to specifications. A basic understanding of vacate/ end of lease cleaning is favorable.
This cleaning is unscheduled cleaning, meaning that it is generally Monday to Friday but the hours vary. Some work may be required at short notice, and some over time and some Saturdays may also be required. Given the nature of the property market, your workload will fluctuate regularly.
