How Did Acclaimed Maintenance Services Start?
After personally managing a number of our own investment properties for many years, we simply had enough of paying good money for cleaners and maintenance personnel who found no pride in their work and certainly weren’t worth what they charged. This lead us to see an opening in the market which took the services of window cleaners, gardeners, general maintenance and cleaning services and rolled them into the one stop solution.
Today however, we’re a small (and humble) cleaning service offering clients throughout the Adelaide Hills an efficient, reliable and bespoke housekeeping service.
How Does AMS Handle Complaints?
For us, complaints are a serious matter, and we handle them that way. We are here to make your life simpler, and if ever there is something you are not completely satisfied with, you can rest assured the issue will be taken care of by one of our friendly team members. What Should I Expect To Pay A Cleaner?
How much you should pay a cleaner is a very fluid question. You can find cleaners who charge the bare minimum, and those who charge an arm and a leg in comparison, this is because there are a number of things to take into consideration. Unfortunately most of us don’t really know how to weigh up the pros and cons of each. Just remember, you generally get what you pay for. How Do You Accept Payment?
We accept Cash, Credit, or Direct Bank Deposit (preferred). Money orders and cheques are not accepted. We will send you a seven-day invoice on completion.
Can I Trust You In My Home?
Trust is paramount when it comes to letting people into your home. All teams undergo continuous training and development in order to minimise the likelihood of damage occurring. For your safety and peace of mind, All AMS Staff have a current Federal Police Clearance Certificate, and will have it there with them to show you at any time. Additionally, our staff are fully insured for public liability to cover any accidental damage or injury whilst in your home (up to $20m), unlikely as it may be.
