Cleaning. Most people avoid it at all costs, and understandably so. In today’s hectic landscape of long work hours and a seemingly endless to-do list, it’s nice to know someone has your back when it comes to taking care of the messy stuff. We clean. It’s what we do. We love it, and we are unashamedly good at it. Here’s AMS in a nutshell:

We work in teams – This means we’ll be in and out in half the time it would take others, and that means you’ll have more time to do the things you enjoy.

We are more than cleaners. We are housekeepers – We will tidy before we clean, and we will make sure that when we leave, your house is not just clean, but neat and presentable as well.

We are insured – We take great care to ensure the safety and security of you and your home. But we also know that sometimes accidents happen, so we are insured up to $20m, just to be sure.

We bring it all – Choosing the right cleaning products can be daunting (and expensive). We know what works and we know how to use it. We will arrive at your door with everything we need, for any application, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

We are punctual, but we are flexible – Life can get in the way sometimes, and we will do everything we can to accommodate unexpected changes in your schedule.

Residential Cleaning

We believe that your confidence and trust in our service is paramount, and as such we are 100% dedicated to helping to find a cleaning and maintenance solution to suit you, without the fuss of hunting around. We will arrive at your door fully equipped with everything we need to clean your home, using only environmentally sound cleaning practices and products wherever possible. We have set the standard of what it means to clean, and our staff are highly trained not only in asset maintenance, but also in customer service. Of course, as you would expect, all staff are fully insured and carry current Federal Police Clearance Certificates.

We co-ordinate cleaning and housekeeping solutions for busy professionals, bustling families and active couples – after all, who wants to deal with the hassle of cleaning after a hard day at work? It is our belief that everyone should be able to enjoy a clean and comfortable living environment – so whilst spring cleans, end-of-lease and builders cleans are where we have developed our “impossible is nothing” attitude, it is in the regular weekly or fortnightly servicing that we have a strong, customer focused brand which represents trust, integrity and dependability above all else. End of Lease & Vacate Cleaning

Moving house can be one of the most stressful times of your life, so why not share the load. When you need it done right, the first time, and on time, there’s only one number to call. We have made our name by taking on the projects other cleaning companies wouldn’t dare, so you can be confident in our work – regardless of the size.

Choosing a cleaning company that is right for you can be a daunting task, and even deciphering what you get can be a challenge in itself. At AMS, we make things as transparent as possible, detailing exactly what you will get for your money, and where issues may arise. Below is a detailed list of the commitment we make to you upon your decision to use our services.

  • All cobwebs will be removed from all internal areas and around any landing at the property entrance. This includes removing cobwebs and insects from in and around light fittings.
  • Where possible and necessary, all walls, wall tiles, doors, kitchen bench tops, external and internal surfaces of cupboards and drawers, robes and vanities will be washed/thoroughly cleaned to remove marks and stains and all tiles will be polished to a dry surface with no streaks.
  • Oven, cooktop and rangehood cleaned and polished at no extra charge.
  • All architraves, skirtings, windows and tracks, doorframes and furnishings must be wiped with a damp cloth/cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.
  • All internal glass surfaces will be cleaned and polished using specially formulated glass cleaners and high quality microfibre technology to leave a streak-free, crystal clear result. This will include internal windows, glass doors, shower screens and mirrors.
  • All shower screens will be cleaned to remove even the most stubborn soap, lime and calcium deposits. The glass surface is then polished to a streak-free finish.
  • All mold growth will be treated and removed in a safe manner with reliable results.
  • All baths, basins, taps and spouts, cisterns, soap dishes and laundry cabinets and tubs will be cleaned and polished to a flawless finish. Any deposits of mold, rust, soap scum, lime or calcium will be removed and all stainless steel fittings will be polished.
  • All flooring will be vacuumed and hard surface floors will be mopped to remove all deposits of dirt, marks and stains. Floors will be mopped with a non-intrusive, fresh-scented disinfectant.
  • Any blinds will be dry dusted where possible.
  • All external surfaces of appliances such as ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, air-conditioners, heaters, exhaust fans and rangehoods, ceiling fans, light and fan switches and power points will be cleaned and disinfected where necessary.
  • Minor rubbish will be collected from the inside of the property and disposed of – excessive rubbish collection will incur a disposal fee.

Most cleaning companies charge a higher fee for End of Lease cleaning services. Our aim however, is to make the process of vacating your property, as easy and trouble-free as possible for you. we charge the same rate for our Vacate cleans as we do for our typical domestic services. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Areas that are heavily soiled, vandalised, etc.
  • Fixing holes in walls, re-hanging doors, etc.
  • Windows to be cleaned inside and out, including removal of calcium and lime deposits and polished using high quality microfibre.
