We understand that sometimes there are circumstances in which you may need to cancel an appointment with AMS. To cancel a booking without penalty, we require 24 hours notice prior to the time of your appointment. Failure to comply with this policy, may result in a $75.00 cancellation fee. You may reschedule your appointment at any time greater than 24 hours prior, however we cannot guarantee your appointment time can be rescheduled to a time which suits you on such short notice.
Our rates apply to business hours only (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). We are more than happy to accommodate work outside these times however surcharges will usually apply.
A key aspect of our business is reliability, due to the nature of traveling from location to location, traffic and unforeseen circumstances can sometimes hinder this commitment and occasionally we will not be right on time. Our preference is to give 1 hour leeway when booking a time slot with you. We endeavor to ring you if we expect to arrive more than 10 minutes before or after your appointment time. Your patience is appreciated.
Please note that any prices and times given are estimates. Prices are confirmed by cleaning professionals on arrival.
We will require reliable and safe access to electricity.
Payment for work completed is required no later than 7 days after the time of your booking. We accept cash and cheques, however direct bank deposit is our preferred method of payment. Upon completion of the work, you will receive a Tax Invoice detailing what was completed, and how to pay.
We reserve the right to request all or part payment before work commences, if it is likely you are not contactable after the work has been completed.
